- A Google User Added October 05, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor Workmanship & Service -took over a 3 month for two sides to be completed. Communication was horrible could never tell when the fencer was coming back to complete, never returned calls, the person I needed to speak to never in office, they even swore and told we were to go when I complained about the fence during construction. Overall not happy, with anything.

We ordered a side gate for our property 3 months ago & had to cancel our order due to them not being able to complete it or communicate with us. Communication was appalling and Greg from STY was extremely rude & told me if he had to call every client every time a job was delayed he would have to hire a full time person to make these calls. Everything i would ring the office the person i needed to speak to was not available and no one ever returned my call. I was told 3 weeks ago that they were ready to be installed and would be the following week which they were not. Rang again today and i was told they have not even started making the gate. They are the most incompetent company i have ever dealt with. DO NOT use STY fencing Shepparton you will regret it.
