  Rooms were a little pricey but were spacious and very nice
  The ladies at the reception were very rude, with no customer service what so ever, both checking in and checking out. Was quite disappointing

  Highly recommended establishment and restaurant.
  
  I highly rate the integrity of staff and cannot compliment this establishment enough regarding their customer service offering.
  Abby at Reception was exceptionally helpful in resolving our issue. I was very pleased with how she managed the situation.
  As a matter of fact, I was slightly embarrassed by a very polite and totally unexpected resolution.
  Thank you Abby and staff for your exceptional service and making our stay a positive one.

  stayed here for Easter weekend. rooms were nice and clean. right opposite to Victoria lake which was very good.

  I really love this place. I am so happy I chose this place. Very clean, comfortable bed. The cleaner she’s from Papua she’s the best. Very kind and humble. I recommend this place. I will come back to this place when ever I come to Sheperton. Thank you so much for serving us and make our stay very relaxing.

  Not a good place for lunch. Ordinary meal, sub standard service. Don't think we'll be back any time soon. Could be great if they got their act together.
