  Worst ever! I brought in my Sony phone to replace the screen. Very poor communication. When I called in to check if my phone was fixed they told me that they didn't know where my phone was. The next day I called again and then the manager told me it was never lost. When I could finaly pick up my phone the back was on the wrong way, they immidiatly fixed that but then the buttons didn't work. The last time I picked it up it was finally okay, or so I thought. A few weeks later when I was travelling around the screen was letting go again. I called to see if I could get a full refund, but that was not possible because they wanted to have the screen back. Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars..

  Can't beat the in store experience. I walked in with a faulty iPhone 6 screen and they repaired it to perfection. Furthermore to this they took a lot better care of me than the other two Telstra stores and where perfect when I moved from Optus to Telstra. This store has the best customer service in Shepparton.
