  I enjoyed this forever21 it had 3 stories. Plenty to choose from. Kids and men's clothing departments. Clean and spacious. Cashier on 1st and 2nd floor. Very friendly staff. My only flaw was that on the 2nd floor where the clearance items are to the left of the escalator. It was a couple things id find and would have purchased but they were always damaged. In my opinion those types of threading and hole damages are non fixable so why still try and sell em. Other than that. I LOVE MY F21! And oh yes i found things i liked

  I was helped by Holly who rules. I didn't realize my size had changed. Anyway will be back soon. A perfect experience.

  My experience going to forever 21 was horrible they don't take the senner off the things you buy. Also you have to check behind them. And once that is done. The next day I had on there flipflops and the alarms in the other stores went off. I only had on the flip flops with no senner. What I was told that the store does that which is different to me. If you paid for the items and go to another store who wants the alarms to go off.

  The store at the Miami Beach location is incredibly unsafe. Due to Covid restrictions, if you end up on the 3rd floor there is no way down except for the elevator which is very unsafe in regards to social distancing. The down escalators are nonoperational. This seems to be a fire hazard.

  I love this forever 21. There is an employee there that is simply magnificent! Her name is DJ. When you go up to her she has the most outstanding attitude, especially when it’s the holidays. All the other employees look bothered or furious. How I got to meet this wonderful young lady was when I was making a purchased and she was my cashier. I was hesitant on buying two outfits for my sister so I asked DJ. She asked me questions about her and helped out incredibly much that my sister loves and adores it. I hope she becomes a manager. She’s going to be AMAZING. I will be returning back to forever 21 just because of her!
